KCVA: MINDSETS
(KCVA Management reserves Copyright of this document)
Dear KCVA Members,
Subsequent to our previous communications which have set out the nature, seriousness and magnitude of the criminal threat that faces us, this communiqué will focus on the mindset that is necessary to make all our initiatives to safeguard ourselves, successful.
IT ALL STARTS AND ENDS WITH EACH AND EVERY MEMBER OF THE KRUIN COMMUNITY!
WE ARE THE FIRST AND LAST LINE OF DEFENCE!
ALL OTHER MEASURES AND SERVICES ARE SECONDARY TO OUR STRENGTH THROUGH UNITY!
In order to explain this, we can compare ourselves with a long metal chain that is needed to tie with strength. If the chain is dismantled to such an extent that the links are loosely aligned, it has no strength. Each link lies bare on its own. There is no perimeter support around such a link, as the spaces are open and air filled. Such links can be moved or bumped around without any resistance.

However, if all the links are attached to each other, movement thereof becomes very difficult due to the strength of the connections. This fact renders contents to the mindset needed in order to make this initiative work and so, to ensure our safety!
Although the individual links in every chain will differ in respect of trace elements, moulding features and tool marks, such differences do not have any significance if the chain is bound to maximum strength. Similarly, the friction and tension manifesting when the chain is put to use, will have no effect on the strength thereof if the design is correct and each link holds its shape.
THIS APPLIES TO ALL OF US!
We all differ in many respects. We all experience friction, frustration and irritation with others, due to our differences. By reacting and focussing on these differences we are losing the strength of our community-chain that is supposed to ensure our safety. It is so easy to judge, criticise, gossip about or snipe at each other without realising that such conduct is insignificantly minute if it is to be compared to the much bigger objectives and values. Such conduct will never bring resolve but instead destroy cohesion. This equally applies to enlarged ego’s and excessive own interest.
WE NEED TO LEARN TO BE TOLERRANT!
WE NEED TO LEARN TO BE PATIENT!
WE NEED TO GUARD AGAINST OVER SENSITIVITY!
WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE ALL DIFFER!
WE NEED TO BUILD A VOCABULARY OF KIND WORDS!
WE NEED TO LEARN TO ACT AS A UNIT AND NOT AS INDIVIDUAL LINKS!
All this must occur with the understanding that none of us are perfect. Such an acceptance will lead to an appreciation of the fact that it is irrelevant who is right, or who is wrong, simply because such measuring stick will always remain relative!
Although each one of us must be the individuals and be who we are, the bigger interest demands that any reprimand must always be in the form of kindness, in order to ensure that we do not loosen our hands and break our chain and strength. We need to learn to interact with each other on a superior level. That level is known to each and every human being on earth, to wit, the level where you are in need of help!
If we master this mindset, vigilance, participation and care will follow instinctively.
WITH SUCH A MINDSET, NO SETBACK OR THREAT WILL EVER CONQUER US BECAUSE WE WILL HAVE EACH OTHER BY THE HAND AND WE WILL BE STRONG!
Kind Regards
