For potholes just download the JRA Find&Fix App on your phone. Register an account. Take a photograph of the pothole and submit. Just make sure that your phone’s location is on. The query will use gps to locate the location of the pothole of which you have sent a photograph. Forward the complaint from the place where the pothole is to ensure an accurate GPS location lock..

Electricity issues:

For electricity issues download the City Power App. Register and follow the prompts to log a fault. This app allows logging faults from anywhere and is not limited to your residential address.

Water supply and wastage:

Johannesburg Water SMS line number is: 082 653 2143. After logging a complaint, just forward the ref number to us and we will escalate the query to the COJ Counsellor to expedite the repair.
